She has a clear ability to step in, take control, and guide teams through complex event planning with confidence and efficiency. From coordinating vendors and volunteers to managing timelines and on-site execution, Jami ensures that every event runs smoothly and reflects the intended vision.
Our golf tournaments and Farmers and Makers Markets (Mayfest and Walktoberfest), in particular, benefited from her attention to detail, calm leadership, and ability to manage many moving parts without issue. I have worked closely with Jami for several years and have consistently witnessed her dedication, creativity, and strong leadership.
Over the years, Jami has provided invaluable and ongoing support in the design and marketing of materials for the Peace Pole Project, as well as for the broader initiatives of the World Peace Sanctuary and Peace Pals. Her work includes the creation of flyers, marketing collateral, and visual content that clearly and effectively communicate messages of peace, unity, and global cooperation. Her designs are not only visually compelling but also deeply aligned with our mission.
One of Jami’s most notable contributions was her role as part of the staff team in assisting with the organization and execution of the Peace Pals Art Exhibition in Beacon, New York, featuring Pete Seeger. She played an integral role in collaborating with local Beacon storefronts and coordinating the display of Peace Pals artwork from more than 140 countries. This effort transformed the city into a powerful, community-wide exhibition celebrating global peace and the voices of children worldwide. with partner organizations to ensure each event is meaningful, well-organized, and impactful.
